For Texas Rising Star staff, to log-in to the Texas Rising Star Online Assessment Tool, CLI Engage, click the “Staff Login” button in the top right of the webpage.
The following documents are needed when your program is ready to request initial certification or recertification: Texas Rising Star Certification Request form, applicable screening form, and completed Facility Assessment Record Form (self-assessment).
